We currently offer a home delivery service. Your package will be handled by our logistics partners and delivered directly to the address provided during your order.

3. Delivery times

 

Orders are generally delivered within 7 to 12 business days after shipment. This timeframe is indicative and may fluctuate depending on local conditions (strikes, customs, etc.) or periods of high demand (holidays, sales).

 

4. Order preparation time

 

Order preparation takes an average of 72 hours after payment validation. This process includes verification, packaging, and shipping. During peak periods, this timeframe may slightly increase.

 

5. Shipping fees

 

Delivery is free for all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

 

6. Order Tracking

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email within 3 days with your tracking number. You will be able to track your package on our "Track my order" page.

 

7. Taxes and customs duties

 

Your package may be subject to import taxes and customs duties depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you consult your country's customs services for more details. Our logistics centers are based in Asia.

 

8. Shipping Assurance

 

We offer several insurance options at checkout to protect your package against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

 

9. Returns

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the order date for a refund or store credit. Please initiate the process on our "Returns & Refunds" page. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused.

 

10. Package not received

 

If your package is not received or is lost beyond 15 days after the order, please use our "Returns & Refunds" page by selecting the reason "Lost package". Our logistics and customer service team will process your request quickly.

 

11. Defective product or damaged package

 

In case of damaged package or defective product, please visit our "Returns & Refunds" page and select the reason "Defective product/damaged package". Our customer service team will process your request without delay.

 

Inventory Management Clause

 

We wish to inform our clients that we do not directly own the shipped stocks. The products we offer are stored in logistics centers located in Asia and managed by specialized third parties. This structure allows us to provide you with a wide variety of products while optimizing costs and delivery times.
