2. Notice period : Our monthly subscriptions require notice before cancellation takes effect. This notice period is set at 1 month from the receipt of your request by our teams.

3. Refund : The monthly payments already invoiced are non-refundable. In case of termination, it will take effect at the end of the notice period mentioned above.

4. Automatic cancellation of payments : After the cancellation of your monthly subscription, any automatic withdrawal or recurring payment will be automatically canceled. No fees will be charged to you after the cancellation date of the subscription.

5. Additional assistance : If you have any questions or encounter difficulties regarding the cancellation of your subscription, our customer service is available to provide you with the necessary support.
