Refund and Return Policy
Offered products and eligibility for reimbursement
When a promotional product is included in an eligible order, it must be returned with the returned items, in its original packaging and condition, for the order to be eligible for a refund.
• Non-return of the offered product : If the offered product is not returned with the returned items, the customer loses their eligibility for a refund, even if other items from the order have been correctly returned.
Example :
• Order with a free product following a commercial offer.
• Main product returned, but the offered product missing: refund not valid.
This condition remains valid even if the value of the offered product(s) is less than that of the returned product(s).
Returns & Refunds
The customer has a period of 30 days from the date of order to request to return their order.
Terms :
• Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, accompanied by the order number.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• The offered products must also be returned for the order to be considered complete and eligible for a refund.

Order cancellation before shipment
The customer can request the cancellation of an order before its shipment by sending us a written request by email.
Conditions for a cancellation with refund :
1. The package has not yet been picked up by our logistics services.
2. The full refund includes shipping costs if the request is made before shipment.
If the package has already been shipped or processed, no cancellation will be possible.
Non-receipt of the order
If a customer indicates that they have not received their order, an investigation will be opened.
• Conditions for a refund :
• The carrier must confirm the absence of delivery.
• The client must provide an identification document and a sworn statement.
• Refund refusal: The Company may refuse any request if the carrier confirms delivery.
Return after the withdrawal period
Returns made beyond 30 days after receipt of the products may be refused, unless a local legal provision applies.
• Returned products must be in their original packaging and accompanied by the order number.
Repayment Method
The refund can be made in one of the following forms:
- Discount code (also called "credit") usable on our site,
- Gift card,
- Refund to the original payment method.
The Company reserves the right to determine the most appropriate method of reimbursement based on the circumstances of the request, including the nature of the return, the condition of the product, and any technical constraints.
Acceptance of policies
By validating an order and checking the box "I accept the terms and conditions", the customer acknowledges having read and accepted:
• The return conditions.
• The refund conditions.
• The specificities related to the products offered.
